INFORMATION ON SHIPMENTS
Shipping areas
We ship throughout Italy and the main countries of the European Union. For shipments to destinations not listed, please contact us to check availability.
Processing times
Orders are processed within 1-3 working days after receipt of payment. Orders placed over the weekend or holidays will be processed on the first working day after.
Each CLARISSA OLIVERIO ART TO WEAR item is a one-off piece or part of a limited production. In the case of customized or made-to-order items, processing times may be longer and will be communicated at the time of ordering.
Delivery time
The estimated delivery times are:
- Italy: 5-7 working days
- European Union: 10-15 working days
- Other destinations: on request
The times indicated are estimated and may vary according to the destination, the courier and exceptional events (holidays, weather conditions, strikes).
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the package.
Standard shipping Italy: free
EU Shipping: Free
Express shipping: available on request
Couriers
We work with reliable couriers to ensure your orders arrive safely. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is shipped.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You will be able to monitor the status of the shipment directly on the courier's website.
Packaging
Each item is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. We use sustainable packaging materials whenever possible, in line with our artistic and environmental values.
International shipping
For shipments outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or other additional charges may be charged to the recipient. These expenses are not included in the order price and are the responsibility of the customer.
Problems with delivery
If your order doesn't arrive on time or if there are any problems with delivery, please contact us immediately. We will work with the courier to resolve the situation.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Incorrect shipping information provided by customer
- Absence of the consignee at the time of delivery
- Events beyond our control (weather conditions, strikes, customs problems)
Orders damaged during shipping
If you receive a damaged package, please:
- Photograph the package and damaged contents
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Do not throw away the original packaging
We will arrange for replacement or refund immediately.
Changes to shipping address
If you would like to change your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not been shipped yet, we will do our best to update the address. Once shipped, it will no longer be possible to change the destination.
